Business 101

This is a notice to all the promoters out there BE ABOUT YOUR BUSINESS. Please don’t book shows with a venue promote it and then switch the venue a week before the show is suppose to happen. That’s bad business but what’s worst is when you don’t tell who ever is performing and they call the venue to set up a guest-list for the people they invite. That gives you a bad name not your artists. Business 101 you always want to build goodwill with people you network with. In essence goodwill simply means don’t burn any bridges. However there are exceptions….. If this promoter says he has a gig for you run the other way they don’t return phone calls and thats actually the nice thing they do.

Back to the Basics

A lot of people use their blogs to post artistic stuff, sneakers, music, clothes etc., We here tend to post a variety of them all. Some may agree that the pressures of maintaining your own blog on a daily basis can get a lil tiresome. Some feel they have to have it a certain way or have to post certain things, and will let those same things hender them from keeping up with their blogs (GUILTY) but blogging is all about freedom of expression. Writing what you feel so we WILL TAKE IT BACK TO THE BASICS AND GO BACK TO AN ORGANIC BLOG THAT MAY SEEM ALL OVER THE PLACE BUT TRUST IT ALL MEANS SOMETHING……. So in an effort to further increase our pressence in the industry NEVAEH JEANS will spend the rest of the year promoting and campaigning like we politicians!!! Every event every party every wedding every family reunion etc, expect to see NEVAEH JEANS. We call this our “ONE STATE AT A TIME ” tour. We’re looking to make stops at colleges too!
